Survival Log Achievements: The Complete 115-Trophy Guide (Unlock Conditions)

Survival Log library study scene

Looking for the full Survival Log achievements list and how to unlock each one? You've found it. This guide covers all 115 Steam trophies, the exact unlock conditions, which ones are hidden, and a recommended order to grind them efficiently. The 20 trophies added by the Autumn Update (September 29, 2026) cover the new challenge routes, household robots, the rescue camp, recoloring, hunting and the expanded Endless Mode. We re-verified the full list against Steam's live global achievement stats on October 11, 2026.

What Are the 115 Survival Log Achievements?

Survival Log (Steam appid 4164790, by Midnight Workshop / Lilith Games) launched into Early Access on August 12, 2026 with 93 achievements, and the September 29 Autumn Update raised the total to 115. They cover everything from simply surviving your first day, to completing all 9 story endings plus the challenge endings, mastering every crafting system, and conquering Endless Mode. This list is bigger than a typical survival-coop set, and a fair number are hidden until unlocked.

We've organized them into five clear categories: Survival Milestones, Endings & Character Stories, Base & Economy, Combat & Exploration, and Challenge / Endless Runs. Use the table below as your checklist. Remember, you don't need to unlock everything on the first playthrough — the game's loop encourages multiple runs, especially with the New Game+ option added in the Aug 14 patch.

Full Survival Log Achievement List (All 115 Rows)

Here is every achievement, exactly as listed in Steam's global achievement stats (October 11, 2026 snapshot). The "Unlock Condition" is the official English text. The 23 rows added below the original launch/EA set are the trophies that arrived after August 2026, and the 20 new Autumn Update trophies are called out in the prose. Where Steam shows no public description we say so rather than invent a condition — we never make up mechanics or numbers.

Note: Steam's live global-stats list (October 11, 2026) shows 115 achievements. An earlier snapshot of this page listed a “Fortress” trophy for the safe-house ending; that entry no longer appears in Steam's current list, so it has been removed here. The 23 rows appended above are the trophies that arrived after August 2026, including the 20 added by the Autumn Update.

Are There Secret Achievements?

Some yes. Steam's public global-stats page shows no description for 22 of the 115 achievements — these are the hidden ones, whose conditions stay concealed until they unlock. They cluster around the ending/challenge tiers (for example Guardian of the City, Shield of the District, Camp Lights, Relics and As Promised), so treat them as spoilers to discover rather than targets to research. Separately, many players miss the challenge-run achievements (like Stay behind closed doors or Vegetarianism) because they require you to restrict your playstyle in a specific way — these are not hidden, but they will not unlock in a normal, balanced run.

As of the 8/18 patch, challenge achievements such as Stay Indoors (the "Stay behind closed doors" trophy) now track completion within a single cycle — going outside in earlier cycles no longer blocks the current run, making these challenge trophies easier to plan.

Smart Grinding Order: Which Achievements to Aim For First

Don't try to get all 115 in one loop — it's not designed for that. Here's the most efficient order we've found, which works alongside a single, solid pre-disaster hoarding run (our beginner guide covers that phase in detail).

Phase 1: Pre-Disaster Checklist (First 2-3 Hours)

In the 10-hour countdown, focus on these five achievements simultaneously. They all rely on the same actions: hoarding food, buying materials, and visiting every supply point.

Don't forget Fire It Up — cook your first meal as soon as you have a stove (you'll need a generator or fuel).

Phase 2: Early Survival Milestones

Between Day 1-30, you'll naturally earn: First Night of Disaster, Week 1, One Month, Steady and Stable (keep 4 stats above 80), and Powered (connect electricity). If you maintain your base, No Waste (survive to Day 30 without breaking anything) is also possible. This is also when you should unlock Green Thumb (24 potted plants) — start planting early.

Phase 3: Late-Game & Ending Focus (After Day 50)

Now aim for Fifty Days, Day of Reckoning (Day 70), My Choice, and the The Final Horde (Day 87). At this point, you can choose your ending path. We recommend starting with the "Rescue" (Evacuate) ending for a clean first clear, then using New Game+ (added in patch 8/14) for the other endings and character stories.

Phase 4: Cleanup & Challenge Runs

After your first ending, use New Game+ to mop up: Wage Slave's Story, Student's Story, and Warehouse Manager's Story (the latter was teased in the 8/14 patch notes). Then tackle the challenge achievements one per run:

For All Roads Lead to the End (9 endings) and The Other Road (3 challenge endings), you'll need to map out each route. The Endings Guide breaks down every story ending and challenge route with what each trophy confirms; use our tips page for the daily specifics.

Phase 5: Endless Mode Grind

Save the Endless achievements for last: Limit Break, Refusing to Take a Bow, Hold Out for Thirty Days, and Threat Level 8. These require the most time and are best attempted after you've unlocked all base upgrades.

August 27 Update: Endless Mode Record Display

The August 27 official update adds the character's longest survival record to the post-apocalypse interface in Endless Mode. This is a display improvement; it does not change the published unlock conditions for Hold Out for Thirty Days or Threat Level 8.

August 20 Patch: Achievement Fixes

The 8/20 update changed how some achievements behave: "Minimal Budget" now judges the actual amount paid — using discounts when shopping no longer counts as overspending, and saves that couldn't complete it due to records from a previous round are recalculated after the update. Descriptions of 11 achievements were also corrected to match their actual completion conditions, so if any achievement text looks different from this page, trust the in-game panel after the update.

September 4 Update: Achievement Fixes

The September 4 update (V1.0.15690) fixes two achievements. "Between Neighbors" could previously not be completed — responses you make in community groups now count toward its progress, and the required number of times has been reduced from the 20 shown in the table above. The "Blueprint Collector" achievement was also blocked by a handbook bug: the "Crafting" category was always one entry short of completion. That is fixed, so the collection now completes and the achievement can unlock. As with the 8/20 corrections, the in-game panel text supersedes the August schema snapshot above.

Data Note & Verification

This list was verified against the in-game Steam achievements panel and the official game files by our team on August 15, 2026. The achievement names and unlock conditions are exact text from the build. Some conditions use specific terminology (like "this loop", meaning a single playthrough) — we've preserved that wording. All information is accurate as of the Aug 16 snapshot. For any future updates, check the official patch notes from Midnight Workshop.
